Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your email server rejected your login. (obviously with the proper name instead of incomingname) and now when I test the account settings in Outlook 2016 I'm getting the following error: So I made the changes using the EMS and this setting: Set-PopSettings -ExternalConnectionSettings "incomingname:110:TLS" -X509CertificateName incomingname -UnencryptedorTLSBindings "192.168.104.2:110". I had it working on port 995 with ssl for the pop3 no worries, then was advised that he needs it unencrypted through port 110. I can log into webmail via the OWA with no worries on the accounts on our domain. My boss has asked me to get POP3 working as we have a ticketing system that uses POP3 and he wants to set up the other domain on it as well. We have a server on a separate domain running Server 2012R2 and Exchange 2016. Getting a little frustrated with this so thought to ask around for help.
